Terms of Service

By accessing or using any website, application, product, or service operated by Real Estate Hustlers or Josh Appelman (collectively, "Real Estate Hustlers," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to reihustler.com, app.reihustler.com, and any associated social media channels, webinars, or promotional materials, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of all Real Estate Hustlers products and services.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, subscribers, purchasers, and any other persons who access our services. Your use of our services constitutes acceptance of these Terms, including any updates or modifications made from time to time in accordance with Section 16.

Real Estate Hustlers offers a suite of digital products and services related to real estate investing education, deal analysis, and operational systems. Current offerings include, but are not limited to:

• REI Hustler Analyzer — A web-based deal analysis application providing underwriting tools, market data integration, and AI-generated deal verdicts across multiple real estate investment strategies.
• Section 8 Hub — An add-on subscription providing HUD Fair Market Rent data, deal-finding tools, document libraries, training resources, and live group coaching calls focused on Section 8 investing.
• Multifamily Hub — An add-on subscription providing operational systems, AppFolio training, VA management frameworks, document libraries, and live group coaching calls focused on multifamily operations.
• Both Hubs Bundle — A discounted package combining both the Section 8 Hub and Multifamily Hub at a reduced rate.
• Future Products — Any additional digital products, courses, programs, masterminds, events, or services released by Real Estate Hustlers are also governed by these Terms unless separate terms are provided in writing.

All products are digital in nature. Access is granted electronically upon completion of purchase and payment processing. Real Estate Hustlers reserves the right to modify, update, discontinue, or replace any product or service feature at any time without prior notice, provided that the core value of the offering is maintained for active subscribers.

All prices for Real Estate Hustlers products and services are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change at any time without prior notice to prospective purchasers.

One-time initiation fees are non-recurring charges assessed at the time of hub activation. These fees are not subject to retroactive adjustment for existing subscribers but may change for new subscribers at any time.

Promotional pricing, beta pricing, founding member pricing, or discounted rates offered during a specific period are not guaranteed to continue. Real Estate Hustlers reserves the right to discontinue any promotional offer at any time. Existing subscribers who received promotional pricing will be notified if their rate is subject to change, with no less than 30 days' advance notice.

Prices displayed during a webinar, live event, or social media promotion are valid for the duration of that promotion only and may not be available after the promotion ends. Real Estate Hustlers is not obligated to honor promotional pricing after its stated expiration.

All payments are processed through SamCart or another third-party payment processor as designated by Real Estate Hustlers. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize Real Estate Hustlers to charge the applicable fees.

• Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis on the same date each month following the initial purchase date.
• You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is current and accurate. Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in suspension or termination of access.
• In the event of a failed payment, Real Estate Hustlers may make additional attempts to process the charge. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, access to the service may be suspended until payment is resolved.
• All charges are final upon processing. Disputes regarding charges must be raised directly with Real Estate Hustlers before initiating any chargeback or dispute with your financial institution.
• Applicable taxes may be added to your purchase depending on your jurisdiction. You are responsible for all applicable taxes arising from your purchase.

All sales are final. Because our products are digital in nature and access is granted immediately upon purchase, Real Estate Hustlers does not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges under any circumstances, except as required by applicable law.

This no-refund policy applies regardless of the channel through which the purchase was made, including but not limited to the website, webinars, social media promotions, email campaigns, or direct outreach.

For billing errors or duplicate charges, please contact josh@reihustler.com within 7 days of the transaction. Verified errors will be corrected promptly.

Monthly subscriptions to the REI Hustler Analyzer, Section 8 Hub, Multifamily Hub, or any bundle thereof continue on a rolling monthly basis until cancelled by you or terminated by Real Estate Hustlers.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting josh@reihustler.com or through the account management portal.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the service through the end of the paid period.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period following cancellation.
• One-time initiation fees paid for hub access are non-refundable upon cancellation.
• If you cancel and wish to reactivate, you may be subject to then-current pricing and initiation fees at the time of reactivation.
• Real Estate Hustlers reserves the right to cancel or suspend your subscription at any time for violation of these Terms, without refund.

Upon successful payment, Real Estate Hustlers grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased product or service for your personal, non-commercial real estate investment activities.

• This license is for individual use only. Account sharing, reselling access, or providing credentials to third parties is strictly prohibited.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content, tools, templates, documents, or materials provided through Real Estate Hustlers products without express written consent.
• Access to coaching calls and live sessions is limited to active subscribers and may not be recorded, distributed, or shared without prior written authorization from Real Estate Hustlers.
• Real Estate Hustlers reserves the right to limit the number of hub subscribers at any time to maintain service quality, particularly for live coaching call components.

You agree not to use Real Estate Hustlers products or services to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Real Estate Hustlers or any third party
• Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to any product or service
• Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or extract data, tools, or systems from any Real Estate Hustlers platform
• Impersonate Real Estate Hustlers, Josh Appelman, or any employee, agent, or affiliate
• Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications using data or tools obtained through our services
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of any Real Estate Hustlers platform or service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data

Violation of any prohibited use provision may result in immediate termination of your account and access, without refund, and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

Real Estate Hustlers provides educational tools, frameworks, and information for real estate investors. Nothing provided by Real Estate Hustlers constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making any investment decision.

The REH Deal Score, AI verdicts, cashflow projections, and other analytical outputs produced by the REI Hustler Analyzer are tools to assist your decision-making process. They are not guarantees of investment performance, lender approval, tenant placement, or any other outcome. You are solely responsible for independently verifying all data and making your own investment decisions.

HUD Fair Market Rent data, MLS listings, and other third-party data sources integrated into our tools are provided for informational purposes only. Real Estate Hustlers does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data and is not responsible for errors or omissions in such data.

Testimonials, case studies, income figures, and deal examples referenced in our marketing materials reflect individual experiences and are not typical results. Your individual results will vary.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REAL ESTATE HUSTLERS, JOSH APPELMAN, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL REAL ESTATE HUSTLERS' TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO REAL ESTATE HUSTLERS IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

All content, tools, materials, trademarks, logos, trade names, software, systems, frameworks, templates, documents, scripts, and other intellectual property made available through Real Estate Hustlers products and services are the exclusive property of Real Estate Hustlers and Josh Appelman, or are licensed to Real Estate Hustlers by their respective owners.

• The name "Real Estate Hustlers," "REI Hustler," "REH Deal Score," and all associated branding are proprietary marks of Real Estate Hustlers.
• The document library, SOP templates, lease agreements, LOI templates, eviction notices, inspection checklists, and all other downloadable materials are proprietary to Real Estate Hustlers and may not be resold, redistributed, or published.
• You may use downloaded materials for your own personal real estate investing activities only.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to Real Estate Hustlers may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.

Your use of Real Estate Hustlers services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We collect personal information including your name, email address, payment information, and usage data in connection with providing our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share data with service providers necessary to operate our platforms (payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools).

By purchasing or registering for any Real Estate Hustlers product, you consent to receiving transactional and marketing communications from Real Estate Hustlers. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Real Estate Hustlers reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to any or all products and services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including but not limited to situations where:

• You violate any provision of these Terms
• You engage in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward Real Estate Hustlers staff, Josh Appelman, or other users
• You attempt to circumvent payment obligations
• You initiate a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute
• You share, resell, or distribute account access or proprietary content
• Real Estate Hustlers determines, in its sole discretion, that your continued access is harmful to the platform or its users

Upon termination, your right to access and use all Real Estate Hustlers products and services ceases immediately. No refunds will be issued for any unused subscription period following termination for cause.

Mandatory Pre-Dispute Contact. Before filing any claim or initiating any legal proceeding against Real Estate Hustlers, you agree to contact us at josh@reihustler.com and provide a written description of the dispute, the relief sought, and your contact information. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days of receiving your notice.

Binding Arbitration. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that any and all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Real Estate Hustlers services shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in a court of law. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Real Estate Hustlers.

Exceptions. Either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights, pending arbitration.

Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall be conducted by a mutually agreed arbitrator under rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or JAMS. The arbitration shall take place in the State of Ohio, United States, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ohio for any matters not subject to arbitration under Section 14.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Real Estate Hustlers reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active subscribers via the email address on file.

Your continued use of any Real Estate Hustlers product or service after any changes to these Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the service and cancel any active subscriptions.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at reihustler.com/terms.
