Return & Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy governs all purchases made through Real Estate Hustlers, including purchases made via social media promotions, webinars, or any other marketing channel. This policy covers our online sales only.

By purchasing any product or service from Real Estate Hustlers, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy in full.

No Refund Period

All sales are final. There is no return or refund period.

Because our products are digital in nature and access is granted immediately upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once a transaction has been completed. This applies to all products and services sold by Real Estate Hustlers, including but not limited to:

The REI Hustler Analyzer subscription ($39/month)
The Section 8 Hub ($500 one-time + $79/month)
The Multifamily Hub ($500 one-time + $79/month)
The Both Hubs Bundle ($800 one-time + $129/month)
Any future digital products or educational programs offered by Real Estate Hustlers

Subscription Cancellations

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.

One-time initiation fees for the Section 8 Hub and Multifamily Hub are non-refundable under all circumstances, including subscription cancellation.

Exceptions & Disputes

Refunds will not be granted based on a change of mind, lack of use, or dissatisfaction with results. Real estate investing involves risk, and outcomes vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and execution.

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the transaction at josh@reihustler.com. Duplicate charges and billing errors will be reviewed and resolved promptly.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our team may result in permanent suspension of your account and loss of access to all products and services.
